Dato Dr How Kim Chuan is the President of International College of Dentists Section XV. Graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1991, he then went on to specialise in Orthodontics in London in 1993. He is well qualified and possesses a number of postgraduate qualifications in Oral Surgery, Implantology, Laser and Aesthetic Dentistry and recently graduated with distinction for Surgical Leadership Training by Harvard Postgraduate Medical School.
